Job summary

Providend is seeking a Client Experience Executive to join our Group Client Experience team, focusing on delivering a seamless onboarding and ongoing engagement for wealth and insurance advisory clients. You will collaborate across Providend and Havend to ensure professional, personalised client journeys.

The role requires 2–3 years in client experience or related fields, a client-centric mindset, and strong communication skills to support onboarding, meetings, follow-ups and service recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years in client experience, client service, or operations within financial services preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with data-driven mindset.
• Ability to handle client and corporate information with integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new clients with internal departments.
• Ensure a seamless, professional onboarding and personalised client experience.
• Maintain clear client meetings, communications, and advisory recommendations.
• Build relationships with clients through timely, professional communications.
• Support CRM implementation, workflow design and process optimisation.
• Analyses client feedback and supports service improvement initiatives.
