LavaVella is a Singapore-based studio crafting distinctive brassware for homes, hospitality, and design-forward spaces. Every piece is made with intention; designed to bring character, clarity, and beauty into the everyday.
We’re looking for a full-time team member who will become a key part of our daily rhythm. This role is suited for someone who brings presence to their work, thrives within structure, and cares about the small details that create meaningful customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for clients; both in the showroom and online
- Manage client communications via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
- Follow up on leads with attentiveness and clarity
- Process and oversee orders from confirmation to collection
- Coordinate with our production team and ensure timelines are met
- Manage showroom flow—including restocking, upkeep, and product display
- Pack and prepare orders with accuracy and care
- Support appointments, private previews, showroom events, and photoshoots
- Maintain internal systems (Asana, Shopify, Google Sheets) for visibility and consistency
- Support improvements to daily operations and client experience
Requirements:
- You speak and write clearly in English and are confident in customer interactions
- You take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through consistently
- You enjoy creating order, working with calm focus, and solving small challenges proactively
- You’re familiar with WhatsApp and Google Sheets (Shopify/Asana experience is a plus)
- You’ve worked in a showroom, design retail, or operations role (preferred, but not required)
- You value beauty, intentionality, and professionalism in your day-to-day work
- You’re looking to contribute meaningfully to a small, design-led brand
