Job description

As a Client Executive, you are responsible for implementing PR activities on a day-to-day basis to support account management. As a curious person and fast learner, you will learn about our clients’ industries quickly and stay updated with trends and current events to advise effectively.

The new team member will work closely with our client services and leadership team by advising and implementing cutting-edge PR & digital programs across the fast-paced B2B / B2C / technology / start-up space. Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Manage accounts daily, including WIP meetings, according to the agreed program and scope of work.

  • Prepare and submit all client meeting contact reports on time.

  • Prepare monthly activity reports detailing all activities for the month.

  • Ensure all materials and reports submitted to clients are timely, accurate, error-free, and approved by the account lead.

  • Brief and manage third parties such as designers, photographers, event companies, and vendors.

  • Assist with event research, planning, and logistics coordination.

  • Manage and oversee client events, logistics, and coordination.

  • Serve as the account lead, managing client contact and correspondence.

  • Assist with budget and costing research.

  • Manage and resolve emerging issues related to clients or budgets.

  • Manage media monitoring and compile media clippings.

  • Conduct media pitching.

  • Build and cultivate relationships with media and influencers.

Client Management & Strategy Counsel

  • Support research on client business and industry, including competitor analysis, industry issues, and trends.

  • Assist in media training for clients.

  • Understand the media landscape.

Content Development

  • Research and assist in developing content such as press releases, FAQs, media briefing materials, client briefing books, presentation decks, social/digital content, speeches/talking points, message houses, and editorial calendars.

  • Adapt and customize content for different audiences and formats.

  • Create hooks and media/audience appeal, such as strong pitches, headlines, and captions.

  • Use narrative and composition skills to tell compelling stories.

  • University degree with an internship or 1 year of relevant experience in communications or marketing.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with popular traditional and social media channels to reach target audiences effectively.

  • Additional skills such as Photoshop, photography, videography, Google Analytics, and social media insights are highly valued.
