What You’ll Do:
  • Drive business growth: Meet and exceed sales targets and campaign performance goals.

  • Engage customers proactively: Reach out to existing and prospective clients to introduce and explain our General Insurance offerings with clarity and confidence.

  • Identify opportunities: Spot chances to provide additional value through cross-selling and up-selling.

  • Convert leads into satisfied customers: Follow up on company-provided leads and turn them into successful sales.

  • Maintain compliance: Ensure all interactions align with regulatory standards and quality assurance policies.

  • Keep customer records accurate: Update and manage customer information in our database after each engagement.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent.

  • Experience in sales, customer engagement, or financial services is preferred.

  • Insurance certification (BCP, PGI, HI) is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Strong command of English and excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with customers.

  • Resilient and able to handle objections with professionalism.
