The Talent:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Client static data maintenance or KYC Documentation
  • Experience with Avaloq is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Competent in control and risk frameworks
Job Description
  • Proficient in Guidelines for Client Onboarding & Data Maintenance
  • Knowledge of CDD Guidelines & Documentation requirements for Due Diligence checks (for Individuals & Corporates)
  • Understanding of different Corporate entity structures & documentation requirements, including account structuring
  • Review documentation for client onboarding, static data maintenance, and transactions
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (e.g., COO, KYC, L&C, FCSS) for complex account document reviews
  • Monitor and escalate accounts/transactions with documentation issues for management attention
  • Ensure timely processing of documentation-related business requests as per SLA
  • Generate and follow up on reports (daily, exception, aging, etc.)
  • Support team KPIs and objectives
  • Handle ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
  • Execute service requests and client instructions accurately and promptly in ICOS, Avaloq, and CICSH systems
  • Liaise with Front Office to ensure no pending unprocessed service requests or instructions
