We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Director to lead business development efforts for our Public Sector (MHA) Account. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who excels in identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with deep expertise in the industry and a clear understanding of its challenges. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan focused on assigned ministry.
  • Identify high-value target accounts/agency and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Understand and effectively communicate our service offerings to executives, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to leadership.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Security clearance to work on public sector projects.
  • 10-15 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore public sector (MHA) and an established network of contacts.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
