Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Manager to assist in meeting application process.
• Develop and maintain understanding of dealer or agent base.
• Perform as key contact for dealers or agents for documentation follow up.
• Initiate activities to ensure on time and scheduled responses to customers and dealers or agents.
• Alert Relationship Managers for any potential delays.
• Assist Relationship Managers to attain approval on new applications.
• Evaluate customers applications and conduct phone calls to confirm data where necessary.
• Conduct searches for mandatory information to analyse customer’s situation and vehicle details.
• Perform execution of documents and disbursement duties for approved applications.
