The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and administrative support across various touchpoints.Key Responsibilities: Virtual Receptionist: Handle incoming calls, route messages, schedule appointments, and greet clients virtually in a professional manner. Customer Service Representative: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat, resolve complaints efficiently, and maintain customer satisfaction. Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, organizing meetings, and maintaining digital records. Virtual Administrative Assistant: Provide remote assistance with project coordination, email and document management, and task follow-ups. Data Entry Specialist: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and CRM systems.Skills & Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency with remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.) Familiarity with CRM and data management software Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is a plusCandidate Profile Experience: 24 years in relevant fields (Accounts, Social Media, Admin, Field Work). Education: Graduate or Diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any relevant field. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of accounting or financial principles. Basic understanding of social media marketing. Good communication and client-handling skills. Ability to multitask between virtual and field assignments.
