Job Responsibilities

• Actively participate in developing new sales opportunities and building client relationships
• Provide operational support and on-site presence at marketing events
• Consistently achieve sales targets, expand the client base, and cultivate long-term client relationships to drive sustainable business growth
• Demonstrate expertise and knowledge in luxury products and brand storytelling
• Actively participate in customer relationship management (CRM) data collection
• Provide first-level advice to clients with after-sales needs, setting realistic expectations while exercising empathy and balancing client requests with business objectives
