Job summary

A staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a Junior Client Advisor Assistant to support Relationship Managers and ensure excellent service delivery. Key responsibilities include processing transactions, handling inquiries, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and preferably hold a CACS Certification.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in client servicing.
  • CACS Certification (Paper 1 & 2) is an advantage.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Assist Relationship Managers in delivering excellent service to clients through smooth coordination and timely execution of transactions
  • Handle client enquiries professionally, follow up promptly, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Accurately process banking and investment transactions, including trade entries, onboarding, asset transfers, deposits, and loans
  • Prepare and update client documents, reports, and account information as needed
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and strong service standards
  • Provide reliable administrative support to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
  • Maintain full compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements
  • Escalate issues when needed to ensure fast and appropriate resolution

Requirements:

  • Minimum A Level/IB Diploma/Dip with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in client servicing.
  • CACS Certification (Paper 1 & 2) will be an advantage.
