Our client, a leading global private bank with a strong legacy in wealth management, is looking for a dynamic and driven Client Advisor Assistant. This role will support the External Asset Management (EAM) Desk in providing exceptional service to External Asset Managers (EAMs) and Single-Family Offices (SFOs).

Job Description:


As a Client Advisor Assistant, you will:

Provide proactive support to Client Advisors in managing client portfolios, ensuring superior client service and satisfaction.

Prepare and handle account opening documentation, KYC (Know Your Client) compliance, and ongoing client due diligence.

Assist in investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and preparation of tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient execution of client instructions, including transactions and reporting.

Monitor client portfolios and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their financial strategies.

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies to maintain a high standard of operational excellence.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:

A Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

A Minimum of four years of relevant experience in private banking.

Strong understanding of financial products, investment solutions, and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with a client-focused mindset and attention to detail.
