As a Client Acquistion Manager, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new-to-bank High Net Worth Banking clients. Your focus will be on sourcing high-potential individual clients and offering a comprehensive suite of priority banking products, including unsecured credit cards and insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively acquire new High-Net-Worth Banking clients, primarily through direct sourcing and referrals.
  • Promote a wide range of banking solutions, such as unsecured lending and insurance products, to targeted customer segments.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders (e.g. Client Advisors) and external partners (e.g. property agents, brokers) to generate client referrals.
  • Engage with affluent and mass market customers through marketing campaigns, employee banking events, mortgage enquiries, networking sessions, and roadshows—including off-office hours and weekends when required.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings; conduct regular follow-ups and market updates to enhance product differentiation.
  • Demonstrate exemplary conduct aligned with bank's values and Code of Conduct. Ensure full compliance with all internal and external regulatory standards.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve any compliance, conduct, or operational risk issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirement:
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in banking or financial services with a strong sales or acquisition track record.
  • Proven B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably in wealth or priority banking segments.
  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Passionate about sales and customer service, with resilience in high-pressure and complex environments.
  • Able to present professionally to clients and corporate stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and results oriented.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and events, as required.
