Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable accounting professional to manage the preparation of complete sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients.

You will prepare and review accounting schedules, perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and generate management reports to support decision-making. You will assist in drafting unaudited financial statements, handle tax and GST compliance matters, and provide essential corporate secretarial support.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of complete sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare and review accounting schedules, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and management reports.
• Assist in the preparation of unaudited financial statements and related supporting documentation.
• Handle clients’ tax and GST compliance matters, including preparation and submission of relevant filings.
• Provide administrative support and assist with corporate secretarial and statutory compliance matters.
• Communicate with clients and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of accounting, tax and corporate secretarial assignments.
