The role

Verti Corporate Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Client Accounting Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting support and services to our diverse client base in the Singapore River Central Region.

Key responsibilities

  1. Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), ACRA, MOM, CPF, and relevant tax regulations.
  2. Experience in supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members to ensure high-quality service.
  3. Assist in the preparation and review of client financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statement.
  4. Liaise with clients to understand their accounting needs and provide tailored solutions.
  5. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of improved accounting processes and procedures.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a client accounting or similar role, preferably in the business services or corporate advisory industry.
  2. Strong proficiency in accounting software, such as Xero or QuickBooks.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
  4. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
  5. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address client needs.
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.
  7. ACCA, Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
