Client Account Specialist (CAS)
The Client Account Specialist supports daily operations across customer service, project coordination, and marketing activities. You’ll work closely with the Client Account Manager to ensure smooth order processing, strong client relationships, and engaging project showcases on digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries (walk-in, phone, online), prepare quotes, and track orders Manage deposit and final payment collection; follow up post-project Coordinate with production and vendors; maintain project files and artwork archives Make outbound calls to leads; update CRM and referral lists Assist with social media content, project highlights, and basic marketing support Qualifications & Skills
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Marketing Communication / Mass Communication Strong communication, project management and admin skills; comfortable with phone and email follow-ups Interest in social media, branding, or design is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems Detail-oriented, organised, and a team player with a customer-first mindset Mature workers and those returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
