Job responsibilities:

  • Engage with new clients to understand project requirements, prepare presentations, and develop questionnaires to guide effective requirement-gathering discussions.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communications—responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing consistent support throughout the engagement.

  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring all relevant materials and information are prepared and shared in advance.

  • Collaborate with clients to resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary while keeping communication transparent.

  • Work closely with internal departments, including operations and finance, to align on project goals and maintain consistent messaging across teams.

  • Proactively identify potential challenges, share insights with internal teams, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their evolving needs and maintaining regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction.

  • Clearly communicate project expectations, timelines, and deliverables using appropriate channels to ensure alignment and manage expectations.

  • Support document preparation such as client reports, contracts, and billing materials, while maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

  • Monitor client satisfaction levels, address concerns before they escalate, and contribute to long-term client retention strategies.

  • Assist with the preparation and issuance of quotes and invoices in coordination with the finance team.

Working terms:

  • Work Schedule: 5-day work week.

  • Travel: APAC regional travel may require. Flights, accommodation, and meals will be provided.

  • Employment Type: Full-time, permanent role.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent work ethic, responsibility, and problem-solving mindset.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Flexibility to work in dynamic environments, including outdoor events and physically demanding settings.
