UBS Singapore Wealth Management is hiring a Client Advisor Assistant to support private bankers who handle complex client books in APAC. You will help with documentation, regulatory compliance, and daily transaction processing under supervision.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in private banking or RM support, CACS Papers 1 and 2, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Familiarity with risk controls and AI-enhanced workflows is a plus.

The team

You will be an employee of Wealth Management and will support client advisors who deliver solutions to our WM clients. The WM Team will be responsible for prospecting, building long-standing, cross divisional relationships and delivering products, services and advice to the clients domiciled Asia.

Your Skills And Experience

• a thorough understanding of WM processes and tools
• at least 3 years experience as a private banker or relationship manager assistant, with valid CACS Papers 1 and 2 to be licensed for the role
• experience with structured lending documentation, covenants and other legal terms would be advantageous
• experience in dealing with complex client relationships including UHNW
• business level fluency in English and Mandarin, or any other Asian language which would be advantageous in serving our clients
• you're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
