Job description

Our client is a leading global technology professional services company, providing a broad range of services in strategy and consulting. This is a billion-dollar listed organization with a global presence, serving many Fortune 500 companies.

As a Client Account Director, you will be responsible for expanding our business with existing clients and acquiring new clients. You will collaborate with industry-leading solutions architect teams and experts in operations, marketing, and commerce transformation to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will help shape Capability Strategies and Plans to promote learning and performance improvements within teams, aiming to deliver tangible results. Additionally, you will support our ongoing business growth and contribute to our team spirit and unique company culture.

We are seeking candidates with experience in the following areas:

  • Previous experience in a senior sales role, preferably with client-side experience
  • IT services sales experience, especially within the Financial Services Industry (FSI), including banking, securities, insurance, and investment management sectors
  • Expertise in sales areas such as insight, strategy and planning, innovation, digital, content, or campaigns
  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to build client relationships and develop client-centric solutions
  • Commercial awareness and good business acumen
