Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating training manuals and SOPs to reflect the latest operational and GSE modifications, ensuring all updates are vetted and approved by the Assistant Manager (AM), Apron Training.
  • Monitor and coordinate trainer rosters and assignments based on training demands.
  • Enter and update training records in the SATS Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Maintain attendee lists and training assessments on SINGOV's Training Partners Gateway platform.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone/email regarding training courses from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate training schedules, postponements, or cancellations to relevant parties.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing attendance sheets, training materials, assessment forms, and issuing certificates.
  • Manage invoicing and payments for courses and assessments, including airside vehicle services for external clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments like Pax Services, Cargo Services, Human Capital, Finance, and others for training logistics and compliance.
  • Support internal and external audit preparations related to training activities.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Assistant Manager, Apron Training or the Apron/Ramp Training Supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Power BI, formula creation, pivot tables, and charts is advantageous.
  • Basic bookkeeping and accounting skills.
  • Ability to perform front desk duties and handle general reports from LMS.
