Key Responsibilities

  • Handle payroll and human resource operations for the designated business unit
  • Verify employee absences and allowances through audits
  • Respond to staff inquiries regarding payments, absences, attendance, and HR issues
  • Serve as liaison between Technology and Human Capital (Systems) regarding SuccessFactors (SF) and time clocking systems
  • Ensure shift timings are correctly interfaced to SF by performing checks in SF-Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Resolve interface issues between internal staff deployment system and SF-ECP, then run a 44-hour check
  • Monitor and correct mistakes identified by SF/EC and time clocking systems
  • Prepare data for management reports
  • Manage Flexi workers, including payments and shift bidding
  • Arrange gifts/wreaths for eligible employees
  • Support staff re-employment processes
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Key Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
  • At least 2 years of HR Operations experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, meticulous, well-organized, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerAutomate
