Job description:


Key Responsibilities

This role reports to the Human Capital Shared Services team, and supporting Senior Executive in foreign worker management.

  • Manage all work pass-related matters, including (but not limited to) Work Permit applications and renewals, six-monthly medical examinations (6ME), and updating personal particulars with MOM.
  • Support the preparation and submission of Airport Pass applications for work pass holders.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure full compliance with airport security requirements.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for housing inspections and ensure alignment with housing regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date foreign employee data in the HR system.
  • Provide support for additional assignments and projects under the Human Capital Foreign Worker Management Team.
  • Assist with general administrative duties and special projects as needed.
  • All responsibilities are to be carried out with a continuous focus on streamlining workflows and automating processes where feasible.

Key Requirements
  • Possess a Higher Nitec in any discipline
  • Independent, driven, and resourceful team player with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates with Power App and Power BI experience will have an added advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
