Job Description & Requirements
Assist Center Executive in carrying out administrative duties of Senior Care Centre
Provide administrative support to the Senior Care Centre
Consolidate, maintain and update Electronic Medical Record
To communicate and update clients and their families during the admission process and when necessary
Dispatch of documents and reports to relevant internal and external departments
Requirements
‘O’ level and above or equivalents.
IT-literate, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
Able to work independently in a multi-tasking environment.
5 days work week (Monday to Friday) with rotating shifts between 7 am and 7 pm.
