Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Risk Manager for the CDNA Clearing Organisation in Asia. The role focuses on clearing risk, margins, and stress testing within a fast-growth trading platform across APAC. You will be the first line of response for overnight incidents, coordinating risk controls and regulatory inquiries.

The position is full-time and hybrid, based in Asia, with exposure to cross-asset risk, default management, and product design from a clearing perspective.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent.
• CFA/FRM qualifications are a plus.
• Strong programming and data analysis skills.
• Experience with CCPs or clearinghouses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary risk coverage during Asian/European hours and monitor exposures.
• Oversee end-of-day settlement pricing and cross-asset pricing data for margin calculations.
• Oversee risk in client onboarding and perform market, credit, and liquidity risk monitoring.
• Run operational risk controls including guaranty fund, collateral eligibility, and position limits.
• Design and implement margin models, default management, and liquidation strategies.
• Conduct quantitative research to evaluate default management procedures and systemic risk.
