Job summary

PVH Corp. in Singapore is seeking a production/material-handling specialist to support daily operations and ensure accurate inventory and documentation. You will check orders, receive materials, and distribute them to production lines while maintaining cleanroom and GMP standards.

The role requires adapting to a 3-4-4-3 shift pattern, with morning and night shifts, and wearing required PPE. Company transport and medical benefits accompany a performance-based AWS bonus.

Qualifications

• GCE "O" Level or equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of production, warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of cleanroom practices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with inventory or material-tracking processes.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and wear smock, head net and mask.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production and material-handling activities.
• Check kitting lists and lot numbers against work orders.
• Receive materials and replenish production hoppers.
• Distribute and issue materials to production lines.
• Update material tags, system locations and traceability records.
• Verify inventory discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Complete production and material documentation accurately.
• Label rejected parts and prepare scrap documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.
• Follow cleanroom, GMP and workplace-safety procedures.
