Job summary

Pure T Pte Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to test products using automated equipment in a cleanroom environment. You will perform rework and rebuilding for products that fail, ensuring quality through strict adherence to processes and procedures.

Responsibilities include operating and monitoring production machinery, testing and inspecting finished goods, maintaining 5S cleanroom standards, recording data accurately, and following EH&S regulations with proper PPE.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or cleanroom environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor production machinery to assemble, test and rebuild products according to technical specifications.
• Test, inspect and record finished products for defects to ensure compliance to quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime. Maintain cleanliness of cleanroom and storeroom following 5S requirements.
• Record production, maintenance and material usage data accurately, and report when materials do not meet manufacturing requirements and schedule.
• Follow environment, health and safety regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment and report all near-misses and incidents.
• Receive and inspect incoming parts and components and verify outgoing finished products, and report when there is any mismatch.
