Ichor Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain efficient, controlled processes for fabricating parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies, ensuring adherence to cleanroom standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design, quality, and operations, estimate work definitions and cycle times, and contribute to tooling, process improvements, and PFMEA in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in semiconductor, electronics, or engineering industries, preferably with cleanroom experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, Power Apps, Power BI; design software for tooling/fixtures (AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro, Inventor).
• Familiarity with programming languages including Python, VBA, LabVIEW, and C++ for test scripts and automation.
• IE background is a plus for optimizing process efficiency and productivity.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders across time zones.
• Willingness to work in a Class 100 ISO 5 Cleanroom environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and maintain efficient and controlled processes for fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies, ensuring adherence to cleanroom standards (end-to-end process and including leak check/functional test).
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to facilitate release and improvement of products, managing ECRs to support design, quality, and operations.
• Estimate manufacturing work definition, cycle time standards, and provide recommendations for tooling, process improvements, and quality assurance to optimize product quality and production efficiency.
• Design and employ robust test procedures and scripts, working with design and software teams to define testing specs and develop fixtures for cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments.
• Collect and evaluate operational and test data, leading continuous improvement reviews and corrective actions.
