Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain cleanroom and key facility systems including HVAC, exhaust, DI water, vacuum, compressed air, and process cooling in a semiconductor test factory.

• Ensure uninterrupted utility supply and meet required performance specifications.

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support continuous improvement of system performance (e.g., MTTR, MTBF).

• Maintain detailed maintenance and service records; ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.

• Support audits, lead cost-saving initiatives, assist in training staff, and provide urgent support when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or related field, with 1–2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equipment servicing—preferably in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience as a Facility or Field Service Technician with strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom and open to rotating 8- or 12-hour shifts (day/night) as needed.
