Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a production technician to operate packaging, assembly, inspection and testing equipment in a cleanroom environment.

You will load/unload materials, perform basic machine checks, record outputs and report issues to supervisors, while following strict safety and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent (NITEC/Higher NITEC).
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, assembly or precision manufacturing is a plus.
• Able to follow instructions and work carefully.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate module-packaging, assembly, inspection and testing equipment according to approved work instructions.
• Load and unload materials during production.
• Perform basic machine checks and cleaning.
• Conduct visual inspection and check product quality.
• Record production output and inspection results.
• Report machine issues or defective products to the supervisor.
• Follow work instructions, safety, quality, cleanroom and ESD requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping at the workplace.
• Support other production activities as required.
