. *Team Management*: Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations and day-to-day manpower coordination.
2. *Quality Control*: Regularly inspect cleaning quality and supervise periodic work at job sites to ensure quality service delivery.
3. *Client Communication*: Manage and handle client feedback and on-site incidents, maintaining good communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. *Planning & Scheduling*: Develop cleaning schedules and work plans to effectively allocate staff; stand in at work sites if short of manpower.
5. *Inventory Management*: Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure adequacy and availability.
6. *Budget Management*: Control the budget for cleaning services and optimize costs and resource usage.
7. *Safety & Compliance*: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, and train staff on relevant practices.
8. *Team Collaboration*: Work as a team player with good problem-solving skills and self-discipline; communicate effectively with senior workers.
