  • Staff Management:Recruit, hire, train (safety, equipment, procedures), schedule shifts, motivate, and conduct performance reviews for cleaning teams.
  • Operations & Quality Control:Develop cleaning protocols, create schedules, conduct site inspections, ensure high cleanliness standards, and manage equipment/material inventory.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance:Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations (OSHA, etc.), manage chemical safety, and maintain safety records.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations:Communicate with clients, address complaints, report on service delivery, and ensure contracts/KPIs are met.
  • Budget & Admin:Manage budgets, track expenses, order supplies, and maintain departmental records.
