Job description

Job Description and Responsibilities:

· Able to hunt for new cleaning contract opportunities, attend site show round and work out competitive price for

tender submissions

· Able to work in fast pace and highly stressful work environment

• Handle Manpower Deployment Daily

• Report Attendance of Staff at Worksite

• High ability to recruit local cleaning staff for new projects and fill vacancies

• Update HQ on all shortfalls and lapses in service provided

• Assess deployed staff and update HR on the required changes

• Conduct stock management of consumables and spares.

• Ensure employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their role

• Work closely with site Supervisors and Management of various projects

• Visit various sites to conduct inspections

• Oversee all cleaning related matter which have been escalated to management

• Convene and conduct safety and toolbox meetings

• Motivate onsite team

• Attend periodic meetings with clients to follow up service rendered and areas for improvement as well as

performance reviews

• Planning of daily scheduled for stationed cleaners

• Planning of periodic work for floaters

• Ensure compliance is adhered to in accordance with the various environmental, work and health safety

regulations as per regulations

• Submit all cleaning reports, org charts, and other required documents

· Able to work overtime including Weekends and Public holidays, willing to alternate between night and day shift

when required.

· Hardworking attitude, able to work at height and willingly to be deployed in island wide locations.
