Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Operation Manager to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations at assigned sites. The successful candidate will supervise a team of cleaners, ensure high cleaning standards are maintained, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver consistent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaners’ work schedules and daily operations
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning quality and safety standards are met
• Train new cleaning staff on job scope, equipment usage, and hygiene practices
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary
• Address feedback from clients and take corrective actions promptly
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines and internal SOPs
• Submit reports on site performance, manpower deployment, and incident records when required

Job Requirements:

• WSQ Certificate in Environmental Cleaning or equivalent is an advantage
• Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple sites if required
• Physically fit to perform site walkabouts and light manual duties when necessary
• Willing to work on a 6-day week schedule, with shifts (morning/evening)
