Cleaning & Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning activities (includes mopping, wiping, vacuuming, scrubbing, etc.) in designated facilities.
• Perform installation, adjustments, and minor repair works depending on projects on hand.
• Notify Supervisors of low supplies and needs for repair or maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain stock and warehouse whenever needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager or the Management.

Preferred Requirements:

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Physically fit (requires walking, lifting heavy items, bending, etc.)
• Able to handle heavy equipment
• Candidates with valid Class 3 Driving Licence preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Honest and reliable
• Takes initiative and is proactive
• Good team player

Work location: Island-wide

Working hours: Mondays to Saturdays, 9am to 6pm
