Job summary

OSO RISTORANTE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking part-time and full-time dishwashers to join our team. Location at Tanjong Pagar MRT with an evening shift from 5.30pm to 11pm, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), Sundays off. Dinner provided during shift.

Responsibilities include cleaning, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, loading and unloading the dish machine, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Training provided for new staff.

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes into the dish machine.
• Wash and sanitize all pots, pans, utensils, and dishes.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the dish machine.
• Unload dishes and utensils from the dish machine and organize them properly.
• Empty trash containers regularly.
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen as needed, including prep stations and equipment.

Responsibilities:

5.30pm:

Clean and Tidy Up Washroom (Monday and Tuesday only)

6 – 11pm

• Scrape,rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
• Wash and sanitize all pans, pots, utensils, and dishes
• Clean,sanitize, and maintain dish machine
• Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
• Empty trash containers regularly
• Maintain ac lean work area and kitchen as needed
• Clean foodprep stations and equipment

工作职责：

下午 5:30：

• 清洁并整理洗手间（仅限周一和周二）

晚上 6:00 – 11:00：

• 刮除残渣、冲洗餐具及器皿，并将其放入洗碗机
• 清洗并消毒所有平底锅、汤锅、器皿和餐具
• 清洁、消毒并维护洗碗机
• 从洗碗机中取出餐具及器皿，并整齐摆放
• 定期清空垃圾桶
• 根据需要保持工作区域和厨房的清洁
