Job summary

OSO RISTORANTE is hiring part-time and full-time dishwashers in Singapore. Location is near Tanjong Pagar MRT with an evening shift only from 5.30pm to 11pm, six days a week (Monday to Saturday). Sunday is an OFF day. Dinner is provided during the shift.

The role requires washing dishes, maintaining a clean kitchen, and assisting with basic washroom cleaning on Monday and Tuesday. Both English and Chinese notes are included to ensure coverage of duties across teams.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine.
• Wash and sanitize all pans, pots, utensils, and dishes.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine.
• Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly.
• Empty trash containers regularly.
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen as needed.
• Clean food prep stations and equipment.
• Clean and tidy up washroom (Monday and Tuesday only).
• Dine cleaning duties during the shift.

工作职责：

下午 5:30：

• 清洁并整理洗手间（仅限周一和周二）

晚上 6:00 – 11:00：

• 刮除残渣、冲洗餐具及器皿，并将其放入洗碗机
• 清洗并消毒所有平底锅、汤锅、器皿和餐具
• 清洁、消毒并维护洗碗机
• 从洗碗机中取出餐具及器皿，并整齐摆放
• 定期清空垃圾桶
• 根据需要保持工作区域和厨房的清洁
