Job summary
A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Housekeeping Staff to provide essential cleaning and maintenance services within the office. The role includes maintaining cleanliness in various areas, assisting with refreshments, and ensuring supply levels are adequate. Candidates with prior experience in cleaning and a positive work ethic are preferred. Immediate starters from the Jurong West area will be given priority.
Qualifications
- Prior office housekeeping/cleaning experience is advantageous.
- Suitable for mature workers who are staying in Jurong West vicinity.
- Able to start immediately or at a short notice.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily general cleaning & housekeeping services for office.
- Assist in preparing and serving light snacks and beverages.
- Maintain the cleanliness of pantry and kitchen appliances.
- Refill and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily general cleaning & housekeeping services for office area which include working areas, washrooms, pantry areas, meeting rooms and common areas (i.e. walkways, staircases, landscape areas).
- Assist in preparing and serving of light snacks, fruits and drinks/beverages to visitors/guests whenever required.
- Prepare warm beverages (barley water, water chestnut water, red bean soup) once a week.
- Keep the office pantry area clean & tidy and maintaining the general cleanliness of kitchen appliances and cleaning equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Refilling and restocking of cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels etc) and pantry supplies (biscuits, beverages etc).
- Maintaining cleaning products and pantry supplies and update HR & Admin department to order new supplies when necessary.
- Washing and drying 30 sets of worker coats, once per week.
- Daily clearing of waste bins and dispose all the rubbish from office to designated areas.
- Watering and maintenance of plants.
- Any other general cleaning duties and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
- Prior office housekeeping/cleaning experience is advantageous.

- Suitable for mature workers who are staying in Jurong West vicinity.

- Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 830am to 6pm (inclusive of one hour lunch break).
