Job summary

A leading catering company is seeking a kitchen cleaner to maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen environment. The role includes washing kitchen equipment, cleaning tables, and ensuring compliance with sanitation standards. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 7.00 am to 6.00 pm.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Experience in kitchen cleaning and equipment maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and garbage disposal in the kitchen.
• Wash kitchen equipment and ensure proper dishwashing process.
• Clear and wipe tables, clean floors, walls, and toilets.

Job Description:

1. Maintain cleanliness and garbage disposal in the kitchen.

2. Wash kitchen equipment (e.g. Plates, utensils, etc).

3. Ensure proper dishwashing process and maintenance of the equipment.

4. Clearing and wiping of tables, cleaning floors, walls, shelves, toilet, and filters.

5. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head Chef

6. Ensure a clean and tidy environment per company standards and sanitation/health regulations.

7. Any other duties as assigned

Working days/hours: Monday to Saturday, 7.00 am to 6.00 pm
