Job summary

IAQ ENGINEERING (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Design & Engineering professional to craft cleanroom layouts and design solutions based on client requirements in Singapore. You will review drawings and coordinate with ACMV, Electrical, Process, Mechanical and CSA teams during design and execution.

You will also support project management activities, supervise installations, coordinate testing and commissioning (NEBB), and ensure QA/QC and safety compliance across all stages of the project.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience in cleanroom, pharma, semiconductor, healthcare, electronics projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop cleanroom layouts and design solutions based on client requirements.
• Review engineering drawings and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with ACMV, Electrical, Process, Mechanical, and CSA teams during design and execution.
• Prepare equipment schedules and material specifications.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects to meet schedule and budget.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical matters.
• Attend project and site coordination meetings.
• Supervise installation works and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities (NEBB).
• Maintain project records and as-built drawings.
• Ensure QA/QC and safety compliance and participate in internal audits.

Design & Engineering

• Develop cleanroom layouts and design solutions based on client requirements.

• Ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical matters.
• Attend project meetings and site coordination meetings.

Installation , Commissioning & Documentation

• Supervise installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities. (NEBB)
• Maintain project records and as-built drawings

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company QA/QC procedures.
• Adhere to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Ensure all works comply with cleanroom standards and client requirements.
• Participate in internal audits and inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:Mechanical EngineeringBuilding Services EngineeringOr related disciplines

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in cleanroom, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, healthcare, electronics projects.
• Experience in cleanroom construction and commissioning is preferred.
