The opportunity

Whizz Kidz Pte Ltd, a leading education provider in the West Region, is seeking a passionate and experienced Clay Art Instructor to join our team on a part-time freelance basis. In this role, you will be responsible for igniting the creativity and imagination of our young learners through engaging clay art workshops.

Key responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate clay art lessons for primary school students

Introduce a variety of clay sculpting techniques and encourage students to explore their creativity

Ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students

Collaborate with the education team to develop and enhance the clay art curriculum

Provide feedback and assess student progress to support their artistic development

Maintain a tidy and well-organised clay art studio

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a clay art instructor or educator, preferably in a primary school setting

Strong knowledge and skills in a variety of clay sculpting and decorative techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners

Creativity, patience, and a passion for nurturing the artistic abilities of children

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Relevant qualifications in art, education, or a related field would be an advantage
