• Bulk Loading & Unloading: Load/unload frozen goods up to 20kg with minimal door-open times.
• Equipment Monitoring: Daily checks on brakes, tires, refrigeration units and tail-lifts.
• Documentation & Safety: Complete delivery orders, log-sheets and safety checks per MOM protocols

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract / Shift-Based

Working Hours: Standard 44-hour work week (Overtime / Shift rates applicable as required)

Vehicle Assignment: 10ft / 14ft Heavy Freezer Lorry (Provided and maintained by Client)

Gross Monthly Salary: SGD$3,800 – $5,500 / month (Includes Heavy Vehicle & Deep-Freezer Premiums+ Overtime), Hourly Bill Rate: SGD 33.00/ hr

Position Overview

The Class 4 Freezer Driver is a specialized logistics role responsible for operating heavy, sub-zero freezer trucks(10ft/14ft) to deliver bulk frozen food products across Singapore. Operating in demanding sub-zero environments, the driver guarantees cargo safety, precise schedule adherence, and vehicle compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Heavy Vehicle Operation: Safely maneuver Class 4 heavy freezer lorries (10ft/14ft) across Singapore, adhering strictly to heavy vehicle road regulations and safety standards.
• Deep-Freezer Cargo Management: Manage sub-zero cargo environments; ensure freezer units are operating at optimal freezing temperatures before and during transit.
• Bulk Loading & Unloading: Perform manual loading and unloading of frozen food pallets and boxes (lifting up to 20kg); minimizing door-open times to prevent temperature fluctuations.
• Equipment Monitoring: Perform rigorous daily vehicle checks on braking systems, tires, freezer refrigeration units, and tail-lifts.
• Documentation & Safety: Complete daily delivery orders, log-sheets, and safety checklists; follow MOM regulations and [Client's] workplace safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience (2+ years) driving heavy trucks and/or commercial freezer vehicles in Singapore.
• Physically robust and comfortable working in deep sub-zero cold-room environments, handling manual lifting (up to 20kg).
• Calm, focused demeanor with strong safety awareness for heavy vehicle operation.
• Excellent attendance record and willingness to work flexible shift hours, weekends, or OT as required.
