Job summary

AethelRa Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Class 3 Delivery Driver (Ambient Fleet) to transport standard ambient dry goods from the client’s central warehouse to retailers and distribution points across Singapore.

The role requires a valid Class 3 license and at least 1 year of driving experience. You will operate ambient vans or 10ft lorries, perform vehicle checks, and ensure deliveries align with DOs and invoices, maintaining MOM‑compliant records.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with clean record.
• Minimum 1 year professional driving/delivery experience in Singapore.
• Physically able to lift up to 20 kg and assist with cargo.
• Good attendance and punctual, with overtime flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned Class 3 ambient vehicles (vans/10ft lorries) in accordance with traffic laws and safety policies.
• Load, secure, and unload goods; verify delivery items against DOs and invoices.
• Follow planned routes to meet customer time windows and obtain delivery acknowledgments.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report defects promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily attendance logs, mileage tracking, and delivery documentation per MOM standards.

Client / Work Location: Client's Warehouse Facilities & Delivery Routes, Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract / Shift-Based

Working Hours: Standard 44-hour work week (Overtime / Shift rates applicable as required)

Vehicle Assignment: Ambient Vans / 10ft Lorry (Provided and maintained by Client)

(Estimated) Gross Monthly Salary: SGD$2,800 – $4,200 / month (Basic Hourly Rate + Overtime / Allowance);
Hourly Bill Rate: SGD 25.00 / hr

Position Overview

The Class 3 Delivery Driver (Ambient Fleet) is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate transport and delivery of standard ambient dry goods and non-perishable merchandise from the [Client’s]central warehouse to retail partners, corporate clients, and distribution points across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Fleet Operation & Transport: Safely operate assigned Class 3 ambient vehicles (Vans or 10ft Lorries) in accordance with Singapore traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Cargo Handling & Verification: Load, secure, and unload goods (manual handling up to 20kg); verify delivery items against Delivery Orders (DOs) and invoice lists.
• Route Execution: Follow planned daily dispatch routes efficiently to meet customer time windows and obtain delivery acknowledgments.
• Vehicle Upkeep: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking tire pressure, fluids, lights, and cleanliness) and immediately report defects to management.
• Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate daily attendance log-sheets, mileage tracking, and delivery documentation in compliance with MOM standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving/delivery experience operating 10ft lorries or commercial vans in Singapore.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual heavy lifting (up to 20kg).
• Good attendance record, punctual, and flexible to work overtime beyond 44 hours/week when required.
• Basic conversational English or localized communication skills.
