Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a candidate for a role that involves cargo handling and logistics. The position requires maintaining communication during deliveries, ensuring proper cargo handling, and adhering to safety protocols while operating company vehicles. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a basic salary of up to $2,400, along with AWS and VB.

Responsibilities

• Maintain radio communication at all times
• Ensure timely arrival for delivery of import cargoes
• Endorse permits at customs checkpoints
• Perform vehicle maintenance and housekeeping
• Report any vehicle or cargo damage due to accidents
• Check, tally, and ensure proper handling of cargoes
• Properly handle company assets and equipment
• Report any cargo discrepancies immediately
• Adhere to safety requirements while on the job
• Complete any other tasks assigned by the superior

• Working Days: Monday - Saturday (5.5 days/week)
• Working Hours: 7am - 5pm (weekdays), 7am - 11am (Saturdays)
• Location: East
• Salary: Basic up to $2,400 + AWS + VB
