Job summary

Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited requires a driver to safely transport construction materials, load and unload, and coordinate with site personnel for safe unloading. You will perform routine vehicle checks, keep the truck clean, and drive in compliance with traffic rules.

The role operates on a 5.5-day work week with company-provided shuttle and lunch arrangements to ease commuting.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Class 4 Singapore driving license with a good driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of experience driving tipper trucks.
• Strong familiarity with Singapore's road network and traffic regulations.
• Prior experience in logistics, construction, or delivery operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport construction materials to designated destinations.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring secure transportation.
• Work with site personnel to ensure efficient and safe unloading.
• Perform routine checks on the truck to ensure safe condition.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle inside and out.
• Drive safely, obey traffic rules and regulations.
• Report vehicle defects or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or HOD.

Job description

• Safely transport construction materials, including soil, sand, and mill waste, to designated destinations.

• Loading and unloading of materials, ensuring that all goods are securely and safely transported.

• Work with site personnel to ensure efficient and safe unloading procedures.

• Perform routine checks on the truck to ensure it is in safe working condition.

• Maintain the general cleanliness of the vehicle, both inside and outside.

• Drive in a safe and responsible manner, strictly adhering to all traffic rules and regulations as stated in the Road Traffic Act.

• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or HOD.

• Work Schedule: 5.5 days work week

• Vehicle to be returned to the office located at No. 3 Sungei Kadut Drive, Singapore 729556 (North area)
