Job description

Information:

• Class 3 Driver - Up to $3,300 / Class 4 Driver - Up to $4,300 /Delivery Attendant - Up to $2,300
• 6 days work week (1 day off on week day), 8.30am - 5.30am + OT

Class 3 Driver / Class 4 Driver

• Collect laundry from customers & deliver clean laundry to Hotel/Restaurant etc
• Plan and follow delivery route to maximize fuel usage while meeting customer deadlines.
• Provide customer service when picking up/delivering laundry, addressing any customer concerns.
• Maintain records of deliveries & pickups including customer information, special instructions etc
• Inspect the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
• Report any mechanical issues or required repairs to supervisors.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with organizing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Delivery Attendant

• Retrieve laundry from customers and deliver cleaned laundry to hotel/restaurant etc
• Provide customer service, handling questions/requests, or issues.
• Ensure care of laundry during transport, prevent damage, and ensure that items are accounted.
• Maintain logs of pickups/deliveries, including customer signatures, laundry counts, and special instructions.
• Follow delivery routes and ensure all deliveries are made within the scheduled time
• Ensuring clean laundry is kept separate from soiled laundry.
• Report any issues during deliveries, such as incomplete or incorrect orders
• Keep vehicle clean and well-maintained, reporting any issues to management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills and able to carry heavy loads
