Wanted: Experienced Class 3 Driver for Dynamic Airfreight Logistics Role

Salary Range: $2,400−$2700 per month (commensurate with experience)

Are you a skilled and reliable Class 4 Driver with a passion for the fast-paced logistics industry? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and play a crucial role in the seamless movement of cargo. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery and collection of goods, including navigating the critical process of cargo clearance at Singapore's airfreight terminals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cargo Transportation: Safely operate a Class 3 vehicle for the delivery and collection of a variety of goods across Singapore.
• Airfreight Operations: Perform cargo clearance and lodge cargo at Changi Airport's airfreight terminals (SATS, dnata). This includes the handling of necessary documentation such as Cargo Clearance Permits (CCP).
• Loading and Unloading: Physically handle the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring goods are secured and transported without damage. The role requires the ability to handle items of varying weights and dimensions.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all Singapore road safety regulations and company standard operating procedures. This includes the use of our fleet management and safety systems.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-operation checks and ensure the assigned vehicle is maintained in a clean and roadworthy condition.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and partners during delivery and collection, upholding the company's reputation for excellent service.
• Shift Work: Be available to work on a rotating shift schedule, which includes weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, to support our operational needs.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a Class 3 Driver in Singapore.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• Experience with cargo clearance procedures at airfreight terminals is highly advantageous.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, which includes lifting and moving of cargo.
• A responsible and reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic understanding of English to read and interpret delivery orders and documentation.
