Key Responsibilities
- Deliveries & Logistics (60–75%)
- Operate company vehicle (manual transmission) safely and efficiently to deliver orders across Singapore.
- Pack, check, and load goods with care; maintain cold chain integrity and ensure order accuracy.
- Ensure necessary paperwork is included and correctly matched with all outgoing deliveries.
- Deliver on time and with professionalism.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers through courteous, professional, and respectful communication.
- Maintain clear and concise delivery records and report any issues immediately.
- Keep delivery vehicle clean, organized, and road-safe.
- Food Production Support (25–40%)
- Assist with preparation, packaging, and machine operation/cleaning.
- Help maintain production hygiene and cleanliness.
- Support with stock checks, goods receiving, and documentation.
- Participate in day-to-day upkeep and ad-hoc production tasks.

- Detail-focused, especially when it comes to packing, paperwork, and customer expectations
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting loads of up to 25kg.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
- Minimum 2 years’ driving experience with a clean record — subject to verification.
- Fluent in reading and writing English (for order forms, SOPs, and communication).
- Basic knowledge of Singapore roads and route efficiency.
- L1 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not mandatory).
- Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
Work Hours
- 44 hours per week
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (7:30 AM – 4:30PM twice per week or when needed)
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Overtime pay applicable for extra hours worked.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $2,700–2,900 per month (post-probation)
- Overtime pay
