Job summary

CITITRANS BUS TRANSIT PTE. LTD. is looking for responsible, service-oriented drivers to safely transport factory workers and hotel staff as part of our operations.

You will ensure timely pickups, offer courteous service, and maintain professional relationships with passengers and the operations team. The role requires a Class 3/4 Singapore Driving Licence, a BDVL, and at least 3 years of relevant driving experience.

Qualifications

• Class 3 / Class 4 Singapore Driving Licence required.
• Valid Bus Driver's Vocational Licence (BDVL) required.
• At least 3 years of relevant driving experience to ensure safety and reliability.
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely and punctually according to schedules and routes.
• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations and ensure timely pickup.
• Provide courteous and professional service to passengers at all times.

About the role

We are seeking responsible and service-oriented drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of factory workers and/or hotel staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely and punctually according to assigned schedules and routes
• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations and ensure timely pickup
• Provide courteous and professional service to passengers at all times
• Maintain a good and professional relationship with passengers, clients and the operations team
• Follow assigned routes, schedules and operational instructions
• Conduct basic checks on the vehicle before and after trips and report any defects, breakdowns or safety concerns promptly
• Keep the vehicle clean, neat and in good operating condition
• Observe all traffic rules, road safety requirements and company policies
• Communicate promptly with the Operations team regarding delays, accidents, breakdowns or other incidents
• Assist passengers when necessary and handle basic passenger enquiries or feedback professionally

About you

• Class 3 / Class 4 Singapore Driving Licence
• Valid Bus Driver's Vocational Licence (BDVL)
• At least secondary education or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant driving experience, such as van, passenger transport, bus or delivery driving
• Good driving record with a strong commitment to road and passenger safety
• Responsible, punctual and reliable with a good work attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work according to assigned schedules, including weekends or public holidays when required
