Claims Senior Executive - Motor Insurance

Multiple headcounts for Motor Claims Senior Executive role. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end claim processes, assess damages, coordinate with surveyors, clients, agents, brokers and other external parties to ensure timely settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle motor insurance claims from initiation to settlement, ensuring compliance with policy terms and company guidelines.
• Liaise with policy holders, surveyors, lawyers, etc to assess damage and repair costs.
• Scrutinize claim documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Act as the primary point of contact for claimants, providing regular updates and support.
• Identify suspicious claims and escalate them for investigation when necessary.
• Recommend and process settlements within authority limits; escalate larger claims to senior management.
• Maintain accurate records and update claims management systems in real-time.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Insurance, Business Administration, or Law).
• At least 3 years experience working on Claims functions within Insurance firm in Singapore
