Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end claims process, including submission, follow-up, and closure with insurers.
- Liaise with hospitals, clinics, and policyholders to ensure accurate and timely claim documentation.
- Monitor claim progress, maintain records, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Review estimated claim calculations and ensure compliance with insurers’ requirements.
- Oversee daily operations such as patient admission, discharge, and consultation scheduling.
- Supervise quality of follow-up and feedback calls to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure accurate data entry, filing, and system updates for patient and claim records.
- Support process improvements in claims, operations, and system efficiency.
- Assist with company meetings, reports, and other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
