Job description:

Product Review (Medical Insurance)

• Review contracts and product specifications, including defining system change requirements, coordinating input from various teams, and participating in workgroup discussions on medical and life claims.
• Participate in product implementation workgroups, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

System Support

• Act as the Claims Subject Matter Expert (SME), serving as the liaison between the Claims team and Business/Technical Analysts to ensure business needs are accurately translated into functional system requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and IT to prioritize system enhancements.
• Provide support for production issues, including issue resolution, data patching, configuration changes, and related testing activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with five or more years of experience in Claims
• Strong background in Medical & Integrated Shield claim processes
